It's played on an enclosed court that's about one-third the size of a standard tennis court, making it a great option for social play with friends and family.

One of the best things about padel tennis at Tonbridge Golf Centre is how easy it is to get started. You can book a court online through their website, and racket hire is available for just £2.50 (with a £5 deposit per racket). If you need balls, you can purchase a set of three for just £5. And with the courts being open seven days a week, you can play whenever it suits you.

If you're new to padel tennis, don't worry - it's a really easy game to pick up. The rules are similar to tennis, but the smaller court size and enclosed walls make it a bit easier to keep the ball in play. It's a great workout too, as you'll be doing plenty of running and jumping around the court. Plus, with four players on the court at a time, it's a really social game that's perfect for catching up with friends while you play.

When it comes to booking your padel tennis court at Tonbridge Golf Centre, there are a few things to keep in mind. Peak times are weekdays from 5:30pm onwards, as well as weekends and bank holidays. During off-peak times, you'll pay £20 per hour for a court, while peak times cost £25 per hour. If you're looking for a longer session, you can book 90 minutes for £30 during off-peak times or £35 during peak times.
